This is a flexible introductory session meant to provide top management and those tasked with implementing a quality management system, or those who are transitioning from ISO 9001:2008 to the ISO 9001:2015 revision of the standard, with a full understanding of the implications for the development and implementation process.
The session is focused towards ideas and information regarding what results/rewards can be expected from implementing this standard.
It is encouraged that the attendees in this course include all personnel within the organization from Top Management to the lower levels so that all can understand the part they will play in implementing and maintaining a quality management system.
IMPORTANT COURSE INFORMATION
Participants who fully attend this course and complete the test on the last day will receive a Strategic Axis Professional Certificate (SAPC). SAPC certificates are regionally recognized and can be quite valuable when applying for more senior roles within the organization or outside.
