The IEMA Certified Sustainability program comprises three courses:

The IEMA Certified Leading with Environmental Sustainability course is designed as a four-hour strategy session for business leaders who are responsible for defining their organization’s longer-term business strategy. It aims to support business leaders to re-think, re-position and drive a new approach to value creation through Sustainability.
The course will provide an opportunity to reflect on the organization’s existing approach to Sustainability and set a new strategy for resilience and growth in the short, mid and long-term
The IEMA Environmental Sustainability Skills for Managers course provides supervisors and managers with a strategic and operational overview of sustainability as it affects their specific industry and work area. It is suitable for those working across all sectors.
The IEMA Environmental Sustainability Skills for the Workforce course is designed to help organizations embed sustainability in all areas of their business. It aids compliance and informs discussions throughout the organization, allowing all workers to contribute to improvements in sustainability in the organization.
This comprehensive course is designed for those new to the environmental management profession, it’s the first step on the professional development track for ecological managers and demonstrates a solid foundation of knowledge in environmental management.
The course covers all the areas of knowledge you need to become an Associate Member of IEMA (AIEMA) under the new membership structure.

IMPORTANT COURSE INFORMATION
Participants who fully attend this course and complete the test on the last day will receive a Strategic Axis Professional Certificate (SAPC). SAPC certificates are regionally recognized and can be quite valuable when applying for more senior roles within the organization or outside.
Participants may obtain the certificate from IEMA by passing an additional exam.
Assessment is via a 1 hour open-book online multiple-choice exam
